our story
Founded in 2024 but backed by decades of industry experience, BEC Industrial was created to address the growing needs of the material handling industry in California. Our roots go back to 1991, when Bruce Edward Crain founded BEC Technical, providing essential services in Northern California’s Material Handling industry.
Bruce’s passion for service and expertise in industrial repairs shaped the foundation of our company. Over the years, he mentored Terren Gravelle, who not only learned the technical skills of the trade but also embraced the values of quality service and commitment.

In 2024, BEC Industrial was born from the collaboration between Terren and his longtime friend Josh McGee. Their combined experience in material handling, general contracting, and industrial construction set the stage for what BEC Industrial has become today.
